Happy Birthday, Frances!

HIP-HIP, HOORAY!!!
Today is Frances's birthday, she's getting old -- and well, not getting OLD 'cos she still lives on as a YOUNG MUSTANG!!!
Although, with that being said so, she's portrayed as a youngster at around 13, 14 or 15 years of age, but I guess she ain't aging up due to cartoon logic. ^^
But without much further ado, LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED with all the PARTY POPPERS, CAKE, PARTY BLOWERS, CANDLES, BIRTHDAY HATS and PRESENTS!!!!
