Purin Steinbach is a '09 Chevy Impala Los Angeles Police Department police interceptor who is the chief Phillip Steinbach's son, and has cat-like superpowers. He can even meow, purr and hiss like an actual cat!

However, his mother is unknown, and I probably don't wanna reveal her right now.

He can even drive on walls and ceillings!
